General Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules and obligations that govern every aspect of your relationship with 777Lucky, including your use of the website at 777lucky.io, the mobile platform, all games, promotions, payment services and customer support. The operator of 777Lucky ("we", "us", "777Lucky") provides the platform solely for entertainment purposes and does not accept any liability beyond what is explicitly set out in these Terms.

Binding Agreement
Registering on 777Lucky constitutes acceptance of these Terms. No verbal or written modification outside these Terms is binding on 777Lucky.
Language
These Terms are published in English (en-PK). In the event of any ambiguity, the English version governs. Support is also available in Urdu.
Eligibility Requirements
Use of 777Lucky is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. It is your responsibility to confirm that you qualify before registering an account. 777Lucky reserves the right to close any account and forfeit any balance where eligibility requirements are found not to have been met, regardless of when the breach is discovered.

- Single account: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one 777Lucky account. Holding multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or using the identity of another person — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and all balances forfeited.
- Not a problem gambler under self-exclusion: If you have previously requested self-exclusion from 777Lucky or from any other gambling operator and that exclusion period has not expired, you are not eligible to register or use 777Lucky. Attempting to do so is a breach of these Terms.
- Not an employee: Employees, contractors, agents and immediate family members of 777Lucky or its technology and payment partners are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in real-money games on the platform.
Account Registration & Verification
Creating a 777Lucky account is free. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address. You must not provide false information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
777Lucky operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. At account opening or at any subsequent point — particularly before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds — 777Lucky may require you to submit documentation confirming your identity, age, address and payment method ownership. Commonly required documents include a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your address, and a screenshot or confirmation of your EasyPaisa or JazzCash account registered in your name.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your 777Lucky login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 777Lucky will never ask for your password by email, live chat or phone. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately via the live chat function. 777Lucky accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared or failed to adequately protect your credentials.
Verification processing time: Standard KYC verification at 777Lucky is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. During peak periods this may extend to 48 hours. Pending verification does not prevent you from playing games using your existing deposited balance, but withdrawal requests may be held until verification is completed.
Deposits & Payment Methods
All deposits to 777Lucky are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 777Lucky, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits which are outside 777Lucky's control.
All payment methods used to deposit on 777Lucky must be registered in your own name and must match the identity information on your 777Lucky account. Using a payment method belonging to another person — including a family member — is a breach of these Terms and may result in your account being suspended and the transaction being reversed pending investigation.
Deposits to 777Lucky are processed instantly for EasyPaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay. IBFT transfers may take up to a few hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. 777Lucky does not charge any fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their standard transaction charges — please check with your bank or wallet provider.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals from your 777Lucky account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the account verification requirements described in Section 3. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of your funds. 777Lucky will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.
The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit imposed by 777Lucky on verified accounts, though very large withdrawal requests may be subject to additional manual review to satisfy regulatory obligations. 777Lucky charges zero fees on any withdrawal — the full amount you request will be sent to your payment method.
EasyPaisa and JazzCash withdrawals from fully verified accounts are typically processed within 10 minutes of the request being submitted. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals follow a similar timeline. IBFT bank transfers are processed within the same business day for most major Pakistani banks. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals follow card network processing timelines which are outside 777Lucky's control.
If your withdrawal is taking longer than the expected timeframe, please contact 777Lucky support via live chat or WhatsApp. Do not submit duplicate withdrawal requests for the same amount as this may cause processing delays.

If wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. Real-money deposits not linked to a bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to Section 5.

Game Rules & Fairness
All games available on 777Lucky — including slots, live dealer tables, jackpot games, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, roulette and baccarat — are subject to their individual game rules which are accessible within each game. By placing a bet you confirm you understand the rules of the game you are playing. In the event of any dispute about a game outcome, 777Lucky's system logs and the relevant game provider's records are considered the definitive record.

Account Closure
You may close your 777Lucky account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.
777Lucky reserves the right to close any account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, the provision of false information at registration or during verification, abusive behaviour towards support staff, or where regulatory or operational considerations require it. In the event of closure for cause, 777Lucky will handle any remaining balance in accordance with applicable regulations and the nature of the breach.
Liability & Dispute Resolution
777Lucky is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of use, loss of data, indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical faults, server downtime, network interruptions or errors in displayed odds or game results. 777Lucky will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical errors promptly and equitably.
If you have a dispute with 777Lucky regarding a game outcome, a payment, a bonus decision or any other account matter, the correct process is as follows: first, raise the issue with 777Lucky support via live chat, WhatsApp or email. Support will investigate and respond within 48 hours in the majority of cases. If you are not satisfied with the support team's response, you may escalate the complaint in writing to our complaints handling team whose contact details are provided in the response from support. 777Lucky will provide a final decision on escalated complaints within 14 days.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which 777Lucky operates. By using 777Lucky you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for resolution of any legal dispute.
Amendments to These Terms
777Lucky reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes — changes that meaningfully affect your rights or obligations as a player — we will notify registered players by email and post a prominent notice on the 777Lucky website for a period of at least 14 days before the revised Terms take effect.
If you do not agree with any amendment to the Terms, you should stop using 777Lucky and request account closure before the revised Terms take effect. Your continued use of 777Lucky after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
